ScrewFast Foundations Limited invites applications for Setting Out Engineers to join the UK’s largest geotechnical and ground engineering contractor. Nationwide locations offer diverse site exposure and developmental opportunities.

You will set out piles and beams, level and survey on site, liaise with engineers and construction teams, manage your time to cover multiple sites and maintain QA records. AutoCAD experience and a CSCS card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Setting out Engineer, Site Engineer or Engineering Surveyor.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Sound knowledge of surveying and construction procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Set out piles and beams on site and record as-built discrepancies.
• Set out, level and survey on site.
• Coordinate between engineers and construction team for accurate drawings.
• Provide setting-out support to the construction team.
• Report site progress and maintain QA records.
• Liaise with subcontractors, planners and quantity surveyors.
• Attend site meetings and assist with day-to-day site management.
• Daily setting out and monitoring of works and QA records.
• Ensure works comply with HSEQ initiatives.
