• Organise paperwork in relation to client lists.
• Food temperature testing and ensure all food hygiene and health and safety procedures are complied with.
• Maintenance of kitchen and equipment hygiene.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience of kitchen and kitchen equipment hygiene and knowledge of catering and food hygiene standards.
• Organisational skills, ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative, adherence to set timescales.
• Full training will be given; however, experience of working in a kitchen or catering setting is desirable.
• Flexible approach; weekend work is required.
