An educational institution in Loughborough is seeking sessional lecturers to teach within their Public Services provision. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and knowledge of the public services area, along with teaching experience. This role offers a motivating workplace that values diversity and inclusivity, with a focus on innovative delivery methods in education.
Loughborough College Group Public Services is a successful curriculum team with over 250 learners, offering a wide range of BTEC provision from Level 1 up to Level 3.
We are seeking to appoint a number of sessional lecturers to teach within our Public Services provision and provide cover within the department. A relevant degree, and considerable knowledge of the public services area are essential and you must have some teaching and vocational experience in further education.
Successful candidates will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. Progress will be monitored to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability.
Public Services is a growth area for the College, and we are looking for candidates with a team ethos who will work with colleagues to develop and embrace exciting and innovative modes of delivery.
