Job summary

NATS is seeking a SESAR Solution Lead and SESAR Communications Lead to drive SESAR 3 projects within the SESAR Team and coordinate with Corporate Comms. You will act as NATS’ focal point for SESAR communications, shaping strategic input for future ATM concepts and representing NATS in SESAR forums with European partners.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee project planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment with NATS’ Roadmap and strategy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current and future UK ATM operations (SESAR) required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels.
• Ability to negotiate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inputs from European partners and NATS, allocating activities as needed.
• Support project coordinators in planning, designing, implementing and monitoring SESAR activities.
• Ensure delivery within timescales and quality standards.
• Develop and communicate a technical/operational vision aligned with NATS roadmap.
• Maintain high-level expertise and identify future knowledge gaps.
• Liaise with European stakeholders and Corporate Comms for SESAR communications.
• Provide technical leadership to European partners.
