Overview

Job description – The position is virtual, but a preferred location near Amsterdam. The primary goal is to grow New Customer Acquisition around the Full Lifecycle of Services, which includes Managed and Multivendor services revenues for customers that frequently span multiple areas and countries. The role may gain exposure to global accounts and requires the candidate to partner with the Solution Sales team to develop Service Solution Opportunities and manage the sales funnel.

Responsibilities
  • Grow New Customer Acquisition around the Full Lifecycle of Services, including Managed and Multivendor services revenues.
  • Partner with the Solution Sales team to develop Service Solution opportunities, provide funnel management, and act as the Subject Matter Expert on Service Solutions.
  • Manage assigned sales orders and revenue objectives by executing activities that ensure exceeding the goals; manage the services marketing function to develop and promote the services solution strategy.
  • Ensure the sales funnel grows with high‑quality opportunities from both new and existing customer bases, identifying upside and risk in sales outlooks and maximizing Service Solution offers across all NCR opportunities.
  • Lead account planning and opportunity planning sessions; involve in sales development activities, proposals, demos, and presentations.
  • Partner with other business units to expand cross‑sell opportunities, identifying and targeting opportunities across existing and new prospects.
  • Participate in major bid reviews and adhere to the Global Customer Services Governance Process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and work independently.
  • Strong account planning and analysis skills.
  • Experience in market planning and promotion.
  • Business, negotiation and financial planning experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
