Main purpose of the role

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Services Manager to join us in this key role within our Technical team, based from our head office at Lakeside in Doncaster. This role is to support our thriving Yorkshire East region, who have a robust and secure plan for future developments.

Reporting to the Technical Director; the successful candidate will be accountable for coordinating all design information between external consultants and internal departments ensuring that all approvals are obtained in a timely manner and that high quality and correct information is issued. The postholder will also be responsible for delivery of work to targets set, production of accurate and timely reports for the business and collation of design information for procurement tender.

Skills, knowledge & experience

We are looking for an established Services Manager who embodies our Keepmoat values; a straightforward and skilled communicator. They will be passionate about the construction/development industry with strong experience within it. The postholder will be an established collaborative leader with the ability to build strong relationships through ability to work cross functionally to achieve successful outcomes and inspire, motivate, and develop team members.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years knowledge of the construction/development industry. They will have up to date knowledge of building legislation, along with understanding and working knowledge of planning and processes relevant to the role.
