  • Carry out daily meeting calls with Transport and Operations.
  • Manage mailbox for escalation of service issues.
  • Investigate OTIF failures for process improvement opportunities.
  • Operate cross-functionally at all levels for customer experience.
  • Identify service failing trends to PI team.
  • Support PI team in validation of trends.
  • Ensure communication around ongoing service issues.
  • Compliance to all company procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor OTIF performance on service critical business & stock holdings.
  • Train new processes to key stakeholders.
  • Support functional managers to manage change.

Role Purpose

Service CoordinatorTeam are responsible for supporting the business to support business growth and retention by offering excellent customer service and communication. Working collaboratively with all functions to review and improve existing processes and help identify process gaps and failure.

Responsibilities
  • To provide Cross Functional Communication and Process Improvements to help deliver Company OTIF Target and Customer Experience.
  • Carry out Daily Meeting Calls with Transport and Operations
  • Manage Mailbox for escalation of Service Issues
  • Investigate OTIF failures for the identification of process improvement opportunities.
  • Operate Cross Functionally at all levels for the benefit of OTIF and Customer Experience.
  • Identify Service Failing Trends to PI Team
  • Support PI Team in Validation of Trends
  • Ensure high level of communication to the business around ongoing Service Issues.
  • Compliance to All Company Procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor OTIF performance on Service Critical Business & Stock Holdings.
  • Train out new processes to key stakeholders.
  • Support Functional Managers to manage change within their teams.
  • Produce Healthcheck Reports to identify Process Adherence cross functionall
