I am working on a ServiceNow VR Project Manager role, with one of my key clients.

This would be working on the biggest Vulnerability Response (VR) implementation currently underway.

Location: Remote (Based in UK, Ireland or USA) — with potential travel to the USA East Coast
Duration: Long-term contract
Client: ServiceNow Premier Partner
Rate: Open depending on experience
Start date: Beginning of 2026

About the Role

We are supporting a key client who are undertaking a major ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) initiative.

They are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead project planning, coordination, and delivery of this large-scale implementation. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure timelines, quality, and scope are met. The role will require close collaboration with US stakeholders and may involve occasional travel to the US.

Required Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

  • Strong understanding of the Vulnerability Response (VR) module and related areas such as IRM, GRC, or Security Operations (SecOps).

  • Experience managing remote, multi-regional delivery teams.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with executive-level audiences.

  • ServiceNow project delivery experience within a Premier or Elite Partner environment preferred.

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable.
