A leading tech consultancy is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a major Vulnerability Response initiative. The role requires strong knowledge of the Vulnerability Response module and involves collaboration with stakeholders, potentially traveling to the USA. This long-term contract offers flexibility to work remotely, with a start date at the beginning of 2026.

This would be working on the biggest Vulnerability Response (VR) implementation currently underway.
Location: Remote (Based in UK, Ireland or USA) — with potential travel to the USA East Coast
Duration: Long-term contract

We are supporting a key client who are undertaking a major ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) initiative.
They are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Vulnerability Response to work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, define processes, and ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes. The role will require close collaboration with US stakeholders and may involve occasional travel to the US.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst on large-scale security, IRM, or ITSM projects.
Strong understanding of the Vulnerability Response (VR) module, including workflows, integrations, and data models.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – VR preferred.
Experience working with IRM, GRC, or Security Operations (SecOps) modules is a plus.
