ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect
This is a great chance to join us as our ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business. The primary objective of this role is to deploy, maintain and improve the ServiceNow Service Management platform used by Capita to support its external customers and internal staff.
The role will be providing technical leadership, to lead and support the team by coaching, mentoring and driving personal and professional development and ultimately creating a high performing and engaged team.
From delivery point of view, responsibilities include analysing the impact of new requirements, to deliver proactive IT Service Management and Operations through implementation, automation, integration, and management of primarily ITSM and ITOM related toolsets and environments and will require demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge and expertise in processes, tools, and frameworks to improve overall quality, efficiency, and experience of services being delivered.
