A leading financial institution in the UK is seeking a Service Now HR Developer to enhance HR service delivery. This role involves translating business requirements into technical configurations and collaborating within a Scrum Agile team. Ideal candidates will have experience with HR systems and possess strong stakeholder engagement skills. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to the broader Talent Excellence Programme.
As a Service Now HR Developer, you will support the delivery of enhancements and changes within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery environment, with a strong focus on HR Product functionality, including HR Hub and talent development capabilities. You will act as an individual contributor within a Scrum Agile delivery team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to implement scalable HR solutions. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical configurations, ensuring alignment with HR service strategies. You will contribute to the broader Talent Excellence Programme, leveraging your expertise to optimise HR workflows and user experience. You will also engage with consultancy partners and niche agencies to stay ahead of market trends and best practices.
