About the role

The Service Technician roleis responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of thecompany’s range of product in the Perth metropolitan area.Your duties would include:

  • Respond to allocated service calls with a professional,pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of theimportance of our customer.
  • Ensure our products are installed and operate within thedesign specifications and relevant standards.
  • Evaluate and rectify an appliance problem efficiently andaccurately and or install & commission an appliance inaccordance with the relevant industry codes.
  • Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across thefull product range including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards andSolahart.
  • Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety ofself, colleagues, and general public.
About you

We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated,energetic, and reliable. You will also have:

  • Comfortable use of electronic communication/informationdevices.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (highlyregarded/desirable).
  • I Class Gas (highly regarded/desirable)
