Location: Kilbraur Wind Farm - Covering Golspie / Brora / Lairg (Highlands, Scotland)

Salary: 34,000 + Bonus + Overtime & On-Call (OTE 40,000- 45,000) + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Benefits

Are you an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer looking to develop your skills and become a fully qualified Wind Turbine Service Technician?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Top 3 Global Wind Turbine OEM, where you will service and maintain industrial wind turbines across the Kilbraur Wind Farm region. You'll receive extensive OEM‑specific training through a structured training academy and ongoing technical development to become a fully certified Wind Turbine Technician.

This role offers excellent long‑term career prospects, including progression into Lead Technician and Supervisory positions, alongside generous overtime and on‑call rates.

The Role:

• Service and maintenance of wind turbines across Kilbraur Wind Farm
• Planned preventative and reactive maintenance
• Full OEM and technical training provided
• Field‑based role with travel across the Golspie / Brora / Lairg area
• Physically demanding, working at height (Working at Height medical required - Chester Step Test)
• Overtime, on‑call payments, and annual bonus

The Person:

• Electrical or Mechanical background (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience within Ex‑Forces (REME, RAF, Navy, Marines), Agricultural, Plant, HGV, or similar backgrounds highly desirable
• Able to read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic diagrams
• Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Must live within approximately 1 hour of Golspie
