Location: Field-Based (start from home)

Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Pay: £42k - £50k DOE

Role Overview

We're working with a leading agricultural and machinery business in Stirling who are looking to add experienced Service Technicians to their team.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company offering a varied role working across agricultural, construction, and groundcare machinery. The role involves both workshop‑based and field service work, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
  • Servicing and maintaining tractors, construction, and groundcare machinery.
  • Completing all relevant service documentation and reports.
  • Carrying out pre‑delivery inspections and machine setups.
  • Supporting apprentices and contributing to the overall success of the service team.
Qualifications
  • Experience working as a Service or Maintenance Technician within agriculture, plant, construction, or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to use diagnostic software and read technical manuals.
  • A full UK driving licence – field service experience is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to work occasional overtime during busy periods.
