A company in the medical equipment sector in Southampton is seeking a Service Technician. This role involves delivering and maintaining equipment for local customers. Candidates should possess a proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills. A valid UK driving licence is required. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and additional benefits including a contributory pension scheme and 33 days annual leave.

You're looking for a dedicated Service Technician position in the Southampton area and West Sussex, working Monday‑Friday shifts, covering customers in the local area. As a Service Technician, you'll be required to deliver an effective and timely maintenance service to customers. After training, this will include delivery and installation of products within agreed delivery times, repair and proactive maintenance of products, and support at the delivery stage to customers in various environments.
37.5 per week, working Monday to Friday. You will also be required to participate in an on‑call rota (once trained) to support the team and the customer. This is subject to an on‑call payment and additional payment for hours worked.
