What You Will Do

Are you an experienced Field Service Technician? Do you have experience working with Fuel Dispensers and Point of Sale equipment? If so, apply to be a part of the OWL team today!

Our Field Service Technicians complete tasks including hanging hardware (repair and/or replacement) and mechanical/electrical issues with both fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment. You must be willing to learn about other systems within the properties to assist in general maintenance needs.

What To Expect: Day In the Life

Perform petroleum equipment and EV Charging service and installation calls in a professional, timely, and quality manner.

  • Complete job paperwork for each service call, at the time of service.
  • Complete training courses in a timely manner to maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge.
  • Act as a resource for customers; aid and product support to maintain long‑term relationships.
  • Juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced ever‑changing work environment.
  • Communicate skillfully and effectively in person or over the phone.
  • Be a team player.

  • Experience with Point‑of‑Sale installation and repair required.
  • Experience working with Wayne or Gilbarco Dispensers is a plus.
  • Experience working with Verifone is a plus.
  • Experience in computer networking is a plus.
  • Clean driving record and the ability to work safely required.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations required.
