Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting a Service Technician for an established used car sales and service operation near Poole. You will perform routine servicing and maintenance across a wide range of vehicles, using workshop equipment for diagnostics and fault finding.

You will also conduct tyre fitting, balancing and wheel alignment to manufacturer standards, and assist with vehicle health checks, brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension and steering components replacements as needed.

Qualifications

• Routine servicing and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
• Diagnostics and fault-finding using workshop equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Tyre fitting, balancing and wheel alignment to manufacturer standards.
• Vehicle health checks and identify additional repair needs.
• Replace and repair brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension components, and steering parts.
