Aviva plc is recruiting a Service Technician for Solus MET operations in the UK. The role focuses on working with repair consultants and production teams to assess damage, remove and refit components, and maintain Aviva’s high quality standards to safeguard customer satisfaction.

The position requires hands-on experience in vehicle mechanical and suspension work, ACC systems, glazing, and steering geometry. LCV experience and ATA MET accreditation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with vehicle mechanical and suspension repairs.
• ATA MET accreditation required.
• Experience with light commercial vehicles (LCV) highly desirable.
• Ability to perform steering geometry alignment and adjustments.
• Experience with glazing and air conditioning service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Solus MET Technician, collaborating with repair consultants and production teams to assess damage and refit to high standards.
• Remove damaged components, assess condition, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Role: Solus MET Technicians are pivotal in our customers' story, working in partnership with repair consultants and production teams to get the best outcome. Reporting directly to the site Production Lead, it is our Solus METs that remove and assess any additional damage and refit to our high standards safeguarding customer satisfaction.
