Service Technician

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Rugby. Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (weekdays), 8:30am-12:30pm (every other Saturday), with a 30‑minute lunch break.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician with a Level 2 or 3 qualification to join our friendly and supportive Service Team in Rugby. You will be a key player in our workshop, with a variety of tasks that make every day different.

What You'll Do
  • Carry out maintenance and repair work across a wide range of vehicles.
  • Use advanced diagnostics and technical support to identify and fix faults with confidence.
  • Keep the workshop organised, safe, and running smoothly.
  • Look after our top‑quality equipment, ensuring it’s always ready to go.
  • Support the Service Team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification as an Automotive Technician.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technician.
  • Previous experience with Land Rover or 4x4 vehicles is a bonus, but not essential (we provide access to the latest diagnostic tools and technical support).
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
  • Confidence with diagnostics systems and computers.
  • A team player with great communication skills.
