Service Technician — Nottingham/Derby (Midlands / Field Role)

Responsibilities
- Install, diagnose, maintain and repair MFPs and document hardware across your territory
- Respond to customer service calls and technical issues in accordance with SLAs
- Advise customers on preventative maintenance, machine configuration and best practice
- Work closely with the call centre, ensuring accurate logging, reporting and communication
- Maintain stock levels and service paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Escalate issues when necessary and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Travel regionally to cover customers, holiday absences, and occasional overflow
The candidate
- Hold a full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling around the Midlands region
- Sound electromechanical skills, ideally with experience working on MFPs or similar hardware
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written, comfortable dealing with customers and internal teams
- Excellent organisational skills, prioritisation ability, and attention to detail
- Experience in field service, technical support, or hardware maintenance is a plus
- Willing to work overtime when required to support customer needs

- £26,500 - £29,000 base salary, company car
