  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and breakdown rectification on Laboratory and Industrial products
  • Commission and install new equipment per customer requirements
  • Deliver first‑time fixes and complete documentation
  • Manage vehicle stock, expenses, and time effectively
  • Attend MT‑UK training and highlight any additional needs
  • Support colleagues across departments and own customer satisfaction

What You Need to Succeed
  • Demonstrable mechanical and electronic engineering experience, including fault diagnosis, component replacement, and system optimisation in laboratory and industrial settings
  • Proven track record in a customer‑facing service environment, delivering timely technical support, building rapport with clients, and consistently exceeding service level expectations
