About the role of Service Technician

We are looking for a Service Technician who can support the development of the next generation of IoT technologies to enhance Worker Safety and promote Digital Supervision within roadworks.

The Service Technician will support our multi‑disciplined engineering team in the development of new products for our extensive range of products.

Responsibilities of a Service Technician
  • Building Electronic circuits using precision tools for surface mount components as appropriate
  • Fault‑finding electronic circuits using schematics as the guide.
  • Developing applications based on existing products and producing the associated wiring diagrams.
  • Supporting the testing and certification of the company’s new products
  • Assisting with the transition of products from development into manufacture
  • Supporting the generation of product documentation
  • Support the Operations teams in solving production issues.
  • Create and maintain an appropriate level of electronic product documentation, including product guides and operating instructions as required.
  • Issue investigation and resolution on new and legacy electronics products.
  • Ability to multitask on several tasks that are running concurrently.
