Hello, we’re Severn Trent Services, a commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group. We monitor and look after our legionella control and water treatment services and are now recruiting for a Water Hygiene Operative to join the team, supporting the Midlands area.

Everything you need to know

As a Water Hygiene Operative, you will deliver a high level of customer service whilst meeting health & safety compliance.

Some of the other key accountabilities are:

  • Overseeing multi-site visits across diverse geographic locations.
  • Carrying out monitoring and associated tasks in line with ACoP L8 when required.
  • Providing support to both customers and colleagues with technical input where required.
  • Carrying out Hazard/Risk assessments as required on each individual site.
  • Maintaining safety standards in the field.

In this role you’ll be starting from home role, with travel across your allocated region as required in one of our company vans, for this reason you will need a Full UK driving license.

What you’ll bring to the role

Our new Water Hygiene Operative would ideally have:

  • Experience of TMV servicing.
  • Knowledge of both Domestic and Industrial water systems.
  • Computer & smart phone literacy.
