A leading automotive company in Sidcup seeks a Service Team Manager to oversee the Service Advisor and Service Quality team. You will ensure excellent customer service and efficient handling of vehicle service and repair appointments. The role requires proven management experience and a full Driver's License. Competitive basic salary up to £45,000 with bonus potential, fixed hours, and comprehensive benefits.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, as the Service Team Manager, you will oversee the Service Advisor and Service Quality team, to ensure excellent customer service and efficient handling of vehicle service and repair appointments. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and the workshop, managing workflows and the customer journey from the initial booking through to the vehicle return. You will ensure all service activities are coordinated efficiently between customers and the service team, contributing to workshop productivity, customer retention and the overall success of the Aftersales Department.
