A leading technical services provider is looking for a Service & Support Engineer based in the City of London. You will deliver excellent client support and technical maintenance for luxury smart home systems, with a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 and benefits including a company vehicle and structured training opportunities. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in the AV or automation sector and a focus on customer care.
This role is ideal for a technically gifted, client-facing engineer who takes pride in problem-solving, attention to detail, and calm professionalism. You'll take ownership of maintenance, diagnostics and client support, combining technical expertise with an instinct for customer care.
Must live and be located within 30 miles of Maidstone
