A local expanding company in Calne is seeking an individual to manage service engineering coordination. The role involves scheduling visits, handling client communication, and managing invoicing. Ideal candidates should possess strong IT skills and previous experience in a similar role. This position offers a structured work schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.
We are looking to recruit an individual to manage the co-ordination of our service engineering team. This will include scheduling visits and breakdowns with support, customers general administration, which includes general communication with clients, telephony, use of the companies dedicated service contract software and an amount of financial invoicing production.
Hours of work ideally would be 08:00am – 17:00 each weekday.
Due to the nature of our work, the applicant, if successful, will undergo security screening to BS7858 and vetting.
