Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team. You will provide timely pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals and food processing plants.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 3 years of Pest Elimination experience, and a valid driving license. You must be comfortable with on-call duties, risk environments, and submitting reports while building strong

Responsibilities

• Provides written service records and advice to maintain pest-free conditions.
• Delivers timely, cost-effective pest detection, elimination and prevention on an established route.
• Delivers high-quality inspections and treatments to exceed customer expectations.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Identifies customer needs and upsells additional pest prevention solutions.
• Maintains route organization and timeliness; applies relevant certifications as appropriate.
• Upsells Ecolab products and refers leads to Account Executives.
• Mixes and applies pesticides per label directions and regulatory requirements.
• Submits reports and paperwork accurately within required timeframes.

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Service Specialist to join its industry leading Pest Elimination team. In this position, you will provide timely and cost effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers. You’ll provide brand protection to your around-the-clock customers including commercial businesses such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, retail stores, and food and beverage processing plants. What You Will Do

• Provides customers with written evidence of service delivered and advice for maintaining pest free conditions.
• Provides timely and cost effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route at an expert level.
• Delivers pest solutions to customers that include commercial businesses, retail stores, food and beverage processing plants, restaurants, hotels and so on.
• Delivers a quality inspection and treatment service to exceed customer expectations and specifications.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Identifies customer needs and sells additional solutions to enhance pest prevention and elimination.
• Maintains organization and timeliness of a route. Leverages knowledge gained through advanced certifications or licensures as appropriate.
• Up sells Ecolab’s products and services and/or refer sales inquiries for leads to Account Executives.
• Mixes and applies pesticides in accordance with label recommendations and complies with relevant legislation.
• Accurately submits reports and other related paperwork as required at specified time intervals.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience working as a Pest Elimination Service Specialist
• Willingness to be on-call during off work hours and weekends as necessary
• Must be able to access and be comfortable with working in a variety of conditions to include confined spaces damp and/or dusty locations, cold and warm conditions.
• Must possess a valid driving license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
