Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a service or scheduling role is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule daily and weekly workloads for service engineers.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Work efficiently to ensure all appointments are booked within client requirements.
  • Proactively inform clients of any issues, delays, or updates.
  • Handle emergency call outs in line with the 24-hour response regulation.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate system records.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices using Xero.
  • Manage engineers reports, distribute them to customers, and arrange any follow-up appointments as needed.

Skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Proficiency in scheduling software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
