Job description

We are looking for an experienced administrator that can oversee service contracts and billable service work. This role includes the following.

  • Providing accurate quotations for billable services, spares, and repairs
  • Efficient order entry and invoicing using leading business systems
  • Contract management with a focus on key accounts
  • Responsive support for customers and service engineers
  • Maintenance of service records and documentation
  • Continuous improvement of systems and processes

With proven expertise in customer service, ERP and CRM systems and a strong operational focus, you will ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external clients.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong planning and organisational skills, be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage your own workload, with the ability to multitask. A scientific background would be an advantage.
