Job summary

Timpson Ltd is seeking a Mobile Colleague for the Newcastle upon Tyne area. This permanent full-time role covers branches in Newcastle and surrounding areas and requires a full driving license and own transport.

You will join a busy retail service environment with hands-on training across multiple services. You do not need prior experience; comprehensive training is provided, and you will develop skills in key cutting, repairs, engraving and customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn multiple services offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions at the store.
• Perform services such as key cutting, engraving, shoe repairs as trained.
• Support with watch repairs, photo processing and dry cleaning as needed.
