Job summary

You will operate within a leading housing maintenance and energy upgrade provider, carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work in customers' homes, with overtime and on-call opportunities to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' service and repair engineering experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance and repair work across the Wirral and Chester areas.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with relevant safety regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
• Complete job reports and maintenance records accurately.
• Participate in overtime and on-call duties as required.
