Job summary

Co-op is reshaping its Digital, Technology and Data function and seeks a Head of Service Practice to drive a consistent approach to managing technology services across the organisation. You will work with product, platform and business leaders to establish standards, frameworks and communities that improve service quality and reduce risk.

You will coach, mentor and develop service professionals, build capability and enable teams to deliver better outcomes for colleagues, members and customers,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading service management or service practice functions within a large/complex tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of service management frameworks, especially ITIL, and scaling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Co-op's service practice capability to standardise and improve technology services across the organisation.
• Set and embed service standards, policies and ways of working for reliable, high-quality services.
• Build a community of service professionals to share knowledge and develop best practice.
