  • Lead and support a team of Service Coordinators.
  • Manage service operations from order entry to invoicing.
  • Drive KPI performance, SLA compliance and backlog management.
  • Oversee maintenance scheduling and engineer reporting.
  • Handle customer issues and produce regular performance reports.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations and Technical teams.

Service Operations Manager – HVAC

Service Operations Manager, required to lead a small team of Service Coordinators and oversee HVAC service operations across the UK.

The opportunity is working with a well-regarded manufacturer and contractor who has a strong presence in the delivery of HVAC systems and service solutions globally.

This role is a growth role that focuses on delivering a strong customer service experience, meeting key performance targets, and ensuring efficient scheduling, reporting, and workflow management.

We’re seeking someone ideally from a Service industry across Engineering / HVAC / Mechanical related services, ideally in a Service Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Service Coordinator / Manager or Helpdesk Manager position.
