Qualifications

• Master’s degree with exceptional academic performance.
• Strong interest or experience in AI-powered service innovation and related technologies such as Generative AI.
• Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to take on European assignments during the work week.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

• Work on client engagements in the Operations Excellence Program (OEP).
• Solve problems by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing analyses, and synthesizing conclusions.
• Receive on‑the‑job coaching complemented by the OEP’s structured capability-building program.
• Engage in scheduled functional training and knowledge development within the program.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to learn and apply operations excellence themes.
