  • Experience: Significant management experience in relevant fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent professional qualifications (Chartered Status), with continuous professional development.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership and team‑building abilities, and strong analytical and financial acumen.
