A local authority service provider is seeking a Service Manager for a Quality Assurance Service in Essex. This role involves leading services related to Child Protection and ensuring compliance with statutory guidance. The Service Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the operational delivery and strategic development of key functions within the Quality Assurance (QA) Service. The post holder will lead and manage critical services, including Child Protection (CP) Conferences, Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) service, and Household Reviews, ensuring the work reflects the needs and enhances the voice and influence of children and young people. This role demands a motivated, forward-thinking leader committed to driving innovation and continuous improvement in practice to meet present and future challenges.
