As Service Manager, you'll lead a team of Planners and Trade Supervisors, ensuring repairs and maintenance services run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the driving force behind meeting KPIs, reducing travel time, improving first‑time fixes, and delivering outstanding customer experiences for residents and stakeholders.
A key element of the role is managing and motivating a team, providing clear objectives, direction and leadership, ensuring the values and culture of the organisation is embedded between teams and values and behaviours are continuously promoted and practiced within the team.
