A regional mental health service provider is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee operational management and enhance clinical services for older adults with mental health needs. The role requires strong leadership skills and ability to develop and manage a range of community services, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards. A commitment to continuous improvement and partnership working in mental health is essential. The candidate should possess a relevant clinical qualification and significant experience in managing mental health services. The post holder will provide clinical leadership and direction for all practitioners in maintaining clinical and non-clinical standards of care and in implementing quality service improvements including ensuring that Care Quality Commission (CQC) essential standards are met.
The post holder will provide the leadership, operational co-ordination and management for the Older Adult Acute Mental Health community services in the designated borough. This will involve working closely with the borough Associate Director and partner agencies to ensure the delivery and development of high quality services within the borough.
