About the Role

As an improvement manager, you will lead a targeted improvement programme for Children in Care and Care Experienced Service, which have been identified as requiring intensified support.

  • Deliver structure programmes for service improvement
  • Stay aligned with practice standards and expectations
  • Ensure recommendations for Peer Reviews are fully progressed and embedded into day-to-day practice
Who We Are Looking For
  • Education: Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
  • Licenses: Social Work England registered
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualified experience in direct employment with an English Local Authority
