Job Summary

An opportunity to work as the Service Manager role for Urology & Vascular within the GS-ACT division.

We are looking for an effective, motivated leader with proven service delivery experience in a fast‑paced environment who will approach this interesting and varied position with energy and enthusiasm.

Main Duties
  • Provide timely, effective, proactive operational management support to Urology & Vascular services.
  • Assist lead clinicians and senior managers as required and ensure that the Department functions in a responsive, innovative way, delivering the highest possible clinical and performance standards.
  • Support the Associate Director of Operations in meeting all performance, finance and quality targets.
  • Develop and implement lasting solutions to challenges in conjunction with clinical and managerial colleagues.
  • Use resources efficiently to the highest standards of patient care and excellent service delivery.
  • Full operational management of the clinical services, including performance against internal and national KPIs, clinical governance, financial management, service development and staff management.
