A leading social care provider in Great Ellingham is seeking a Service Manager to oversee operations and manage staff. The ideal candidate will have experience with adults with learning disabilities and must hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. Job Description: Service Manager, 40 Hours Per Week. £30,000 Per annum. £3,000 Joining Bonus! We are recruiting for a service manager to join our team in Great Ellingham, Norfolk.
Our 8-Acres service has just been classed as GOOD in 4 areas and OUTSTANDING in caring following our most recent CQC inspection.

We have acres of land (hence its name), where the individuals we support can grow fruits and vegetables in their garden club, enjoy outdoor activities across the fields and even pour a nice cold pint in our new “bar” area!

We are seeking a Service Manager who has the skills and experience to ‘see’ the person behind the behaviours, and provide energy, motivations and leadership to team members in a supportive environment, enabling them to build and develop supportive relationships that contribute to a good quality of life and great outcomes for each person we support.
The Service Manager’s role is essential to the wellbeing and safety of the people we support and to the development of the team of people employed to support them.
