Job description

Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client, to recruit for a Service Manager, to join their team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to establish a long-term career within a growing, exciting business.

The Service Manager is an integral role for the business, responsible for supervising key business contracts and ensuring the service function performs optimally.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance works across an array of interesting and exciting contracts, delivering regular performance updates to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure contractual KPIs are met, this will entail assisting with scheduling, delegation of tasks within the service team and managing client relationships.
  • Providing the main point of contact for the service team members, handling any issues raised and assisting where applicable.
  • Collating regular performance and financial based reports.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, reviewing contract performance, handling any queries and attending occasional site visits.
  • Manage in-house systems acquiring and reviewing all documents relating to works raised, client accounts and wider compliance.
  • Complete all onboarding documentation relating to subcontractors, ensuring key information is collected and filed on system.
  • High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.

The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar role, where they have demonstrated people management skills and an ability to work well to deadlines. You will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional attention to detail. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a similar position, that would want the opportunity to progress and develop with a company. A background working within a service function is advantageous for this role but not essential.
