InHealth is seeking a Service Manager in Maypole, South Birmingham to act as the CQC registered manager, oversee day-to-day running, ensure compliant operation, and deliver high-quality patient care on-site at a 7-day service.
You will lead clinical and service delivery, manage budgets, staffing rotas, IPC standards, and governance reporting, while coaching a radiography team and maintaining strong stakeholder communication to meet KPIs.
Hours: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week on site (Participation in management weekend on-call rota required).
InHealth sees more than 5 million patients each year and diagnostic imaging is one of the busiest services that we provide.
Following the Michael Richards report, in which it was highlighted that diagnostic services should be delivered taking a new approach to provide more accessibility to people in the community away from acute settings, we at InHealth are excited to be partnering with the NHS to develop new Community Diagnostic Centres to support this vison.
