Job summary

Enableis is seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead Care at Home and Housing Support services across the North East. Based in Fraserburgh with travel to Dundee & Aberdeenshire, you will foster a positive culture, support teams and drive improvements to help people live independently at home.

You will build strong relationships with families, carers and external partners, ensuring high standards of quality, safeguarding and regulatory compliance across services.

Service Manager, Care at Home

35 hours per week

Based in Fraserborough, including travel to Dundee & Aberdeenshire

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Manager to lead and develop our Care at Home and Housing Support services across the North East. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing leadership and oversight across a range of services and supporting teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities.

You’ll be responsible for creating a positive culture, developing and supporting your teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the people we support experience excellent outcomes. You’ll build strong relationships with the people we support, families, colleagues and external partners, while ensuring our services maintain high standards of quality, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse geographical area, so a flexible approach to travel between services is essential.
