A health service organization is seeking an experienced leader to manage teams within the Children, Young People, and Families Directorate. The role involves overseeing service delivery, ensuring high-quality care within a robust clinical governance framework, and leading teams at the Cambridge site. We are seeking an experienced leader with a background in managing diverse teams at a senior level to join our leadership group. This is a management role with responsibility for overseeing a defined portfolio within the Children, Young People, and Families Directorate to include CAMHS, The Community Eating Disorder Service and The Beacon. The post holder will be located at the Douglas House and Brookside site in Cambridge and will lead and develop dynamic and committed teams, shaping services for children, families and young people. The role involves ensuring safe, high‑quality care, governance and performance to improve service user experience across each service.
The role involves overseeing and directing a portfolio of CYPF services within Cambridgeshire, ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and high‑quality service delivery within allocated resources and aligned with Trust objectives. The post holder will provide leadership and expertise to deliver services within an agreed service model, working with other Service Managers, service users, carers and other stakeholders, maintaining effective working relationships within the teams and Directorate.
