In this role, the successful Service Manager or similar will be responsible for the leadership, support and development of a team of Service Advisors/Technicians etc… In addition, you will also be responsible for the oversight of the day‑to‑day service operations. On top of this, you will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with not just manufacturer processes and procedures but also health and safety procedures, ensuring you meet internal company standards. Finally, as Manager, you will also be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of departmental KPI's, finances, performance etc…

The ideal Service Manager or similar will have a background within the Automotive industry as well as previous experience within a Service Manager position or similar. In addition, you will also have strong organisational, communicational and leadership skills. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.
