What you’ll be doing

• Managing the Council’s growing property investment fund for corporate estate. You’ll be the key service lead within the corporate estate team. A small but focused team who cover valuation and estates management.
• Working closely with key stakeholders by effectively communicating and undertaking the management and valuation services for the commercial investment portfolio both with internal and external clients. You’ll consult and engage with service users and members of the public as well as with other LCC Departments. Being responsible for communicating to the City Mayor and the Executive on commercial property and asset management, local investment, and economic growth.

With excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You’ll use your in‑depth knowledge of industry best practices to deliver service standards.
