  • Job Title: Service Manager – Advice Services
  • Hours: 21.75 or 29 hours per week over three or four days
  • Salary: £37,252.32 pro rata plus 3% workplace pension
  • Contract Status: Part-time, Permanent
  • Reports To: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled leader who is passionate about providing an effective advice service to those most in need and enjoys supporting team members to achieve good quality outcomes for people.

The role will involve leadership and management of existing advice and training services, and a drive to develop them so we continue to be relevant to people living and working in Warrington. The post-holder will have overall responsibility for the management of our quality of advice and information assurance.

You would be part of the management team, working together to meet the organisation’s objectives, including improving client access to services, diversifying and increasing income, and working with community partners. You will lead the implementation of service improvements and changes, strategic and operational plans, and support the development of new services and funding streams.

This role combines strategic oversight, operational management, and staff supervision to maintain excellent service standards, deliver organisational objectives, and respond to local community needs.
