A local government authority in Croydon seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead the Active Lives management team, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. The successful candidate will manage a dynamic frontline environment, ensuring efficient service delivery and collaborative working with teams across the Council. Flexible working arrangements are available.
The Active Lives service supports adults with learning disabilities and autism to engage in a wide range of independence-focused activities. These sessions promote emotional and physical wellbeing and are delivered across three dedicated hubs and within the local community.
We are seeking a talented, passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead the Active Lives management team and be an integral member of the Provider Service Management Team. With three team leaders and a senior business support officer working directly to you the service supports approximately 75 people per day with 35 staff across three sites.
