A leading care services provider is seeking a qualified Service Manager in Aberdeenshire. The role involves managing service delivery and team performance while ensuring compliance with care standards. Ideal candidates will have a Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care and experience in the care sector. Annual salary: up to £45,000.00
Location: Aberdeenshire (Macduff and Peterhead)

You will be responsible for profitable, efficient and smooth running of the operations and growth of the branch and to maintain and monitor the quality of the services we provide meeting the criteria of the SSSC and the Care Inspectorate in Scotland as well as ensuring we meet customer requirements and expectations.
We work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people. Our goal is to provide support and care based on an enabling approach with an outcome focused support planning process.
As a large provider of social care services, Mears Supported Living works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to address challenges in the social care marketplace.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated and experienced Service Manager that holds a Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care as a minimum
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
